I run a hands-on business, and I've lost plenty of hours to software that promised to help and mostly got in the way. Too many features, too much setup, too much time spent learning the tool instead of doing the work.

Waratah BizWorks is my answer to that. It's a small, growing shelf of simple digital products — templates, tools and short courses — that each do one useful thing well, and that you can put to work the same day.

What to expect here

This blog is where I share the practical stuff: the systems I use to run jobs, the shortcuts that actually save time, and the occasional look behind how the products get built. When a post lines up with a tool I've made, I'll point you to it — but the writing is meant to be useful whether you buy anything or not.

Start where it makes sense, take what's helpful, and leave the rest. That's the whole idea.
