The short version

  • Our tools (like Waratah BizWorks OS) are Google Sheets with a script that runs inside your own Google account.
  • We never see your customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, staff or expenses. That data is stored in your Google Drive, not on our servers. We don't have servers for it.
  • When you buy, we receive your name, email and order details from our checkout provider so we can deliver the product and help you.
  • We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we are

The tools you install (Waratah BizWorks OS)

When you make a copy of one of our Google Sheets tools, the copy and its script belong to you and run under your Google account. Google asks you to approve permissions so the tool can work:

  • Google Drive: to create your own PDF folder and save your quotes, invoices and run sheets in it.
  • Google Docs: each PDF is built in a temporary Doc, which is then moved to your Bin.
  • Google Sheets: to read and write your copy of the Sheet.
  • Google Calendar: to add jobs and quote follow-ups to the calendar you choose.
  • Send email as you: only emails you choose to send (or daily reminders, if you switch them on).

Everything the tool does happens between your copy and your own Google account. Nothing is sent to Waratah BizWorks. PDFs are kept private to you and go to your customers as email attachments.

About Google's sign-in screen: when you approve the tool, Google's screen may show a "Privacy Policy" link. Google fills that in for private Sheet apps, and it doesn't lead to our policy. This page is our privacy policy.

You can remove the tool's access at any time in your Google Account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, or simply delete your copy of the Sheet.

What we collect when you buy

  • Order details (name, email address, product, amount, date) from our checkout provider, Gumroad or Stripe. Card payments are handled entirely by them. We never see or store your card details.
  • Emails you send us for support, so we can reply and help.
  • Done-for-you setup calls: if you book one, we see your screen only while we're on the call. You stay in control of your own computer, and we never ask for or store your passwords.

We use this information to deliver your purchase, provide support, send important product updates, and keep the records the law requires (for example tax records). If you agree to hear about new tools, you can unsubscribe at any time.

This website

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally. If we add advertising measurement (for example Meta's pixel to measure ads), we'll list it here.

Sharing

We only share information with the services that help us run the business (our checkout provider, email and website hosting), and only what they need to do their job, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email info@waratahcarpetcleaningcentralcoast.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
