Who we are

Waratah BizWorks is run by Terence Recks on the NSW Central Coast, Australia. In these terms "we" and "us" means Waratah BizWorks, and "you" means the business or person using our tools. Contact: support@waratahbizworks.com.

Using Waratah BizWorks OS

  • Free trial. You can use every feature free for 14 days from the first time you open the add-on. One trial per Google account.
  • One-off payment. After the trial, a one-off payment unlocks the add-on for the Google account that bought it. The price shown at checkout is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
  • One business per licence. A licence covers one business, used from the Google account that installed it. Please don't share, resell or copy the add-on or its code.
  • Updates. Google delivers updates to the add-on automatically. We may add, change or remove features to keep it working with Google, but we won't take away the core quoting, jobs and invoicing features you paid for.

Our other tools

Tools sold as a copy of a Google Sheet (like the Quote & Invoice Generator, Tidy Nest and Waratah CRM) are licensed the same way: one business, your own copy, no reselling. The copy runs in your Google account and keeps working on its own.

Refunds

Because you can try BizWorks OS free for 14 days before paying, we don't give refunds if you simply change your mind after you've paid.

This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If a product has a major problem, for example it doesn't do what we said it does and we can't fix it, you're entitled to a refund. If something isn't working, email support@waratahbizworks.com and we'll make it right.

Your data and your Google account

  • Your business data stays in your own Google Sheet and Google Drive. You're responsible for it, including who you share the Sheet with and keeping your Google account secure. See our privacy policy.
  • Emails, PDFs and calendar events are sent from your own Google account. You're responsible for what you send and who you send it to, including following spam and privacy laws.
  • Google sets daily limits on how many emails and documents an account can create (for example about 100 emails a day on free Gmail). These limits are Google's, not ours, and can change.
  • The add-on needs Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, Calendar and Gmail sending to work. If Google changes or interrupts those services, parts of the add-on may stop working until we update it.

What the tools are (and aren't)

Our tools help with quoting, scheduling, invoicing and following up payments. They are not accounting, BAS, payroll or tax software, and they don't give financial or legal advice. Please check your tax settings and invoices meet your own obligations.

Liability

We build our tools carefully and test them, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or available every minute. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to a tool is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending your use

You can stop using a tool at any time by uninstalling the add-on (or deleting your copy) and removing its access in your Google Account. We may suspend a licence that's being shared, resold or used to break the law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes won't take away anything you've already paid for.
